Delecacy is a luxury brand focused on Indian craftsmanship, thoughtfully designed products, and sustainable and eco-conscious living.

2. Our Products

Delecacy offers a curated range of products inspired by Indian craftsmanship, traditional textile practices, and sustainable materials.

Our product range includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bedsheets and home textiles
  • Bamboo and other sustainable-fibre towels
  • Himroo shawls and textiles
  • Handicraft and lifestyle products
  • Other sustainable and craft-inspired products introduced from time to time

Natural and Craft Variations

Products involving natural materials, traditional techniques, textile processes, or handcrafted elements may have minor variations in colour, texture, weave, pattern, finish, or dimensions.

Delecacy currently ships products within India.

The standard delivery timeline is generally 5–10 working days from order confirmation, depending on the customer’s location, product availability, courier service, and other operational circumstances.

Shipping within India is currently free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the Website or at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, public holidays, logistical disruptions, incorrect address information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.

Eligible cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Delecacy accepts returns only in cases where the product received is:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrect; or
  • Materially different from the product ordered.

Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, or incorrect selection by the customer will not generally be accepted.

Reporting Window: Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs or videos clearly showing the issue and the order details. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.

Products returned for an eligible reason should be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and other materials, wherever applicable.

Normal variations in colour, texture, weave, pattern, finish, or other characteristics that are inherent to the nature of certain craft or textile products will not be treated as defects.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days and credited through the applicable refund mechanism to the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the relevant payment provider or bank.
